Surrendering a Bird

Budgie Sanctuary Rescue is based in Sydney, NSW. If you need to surrender a bird, please contact us before bringing the bird to the sanctuary. Birds must be delivered by prior arrangement, and we are unable to organise interstate transport. We operate from a private residence and our intake capacity is limited.

Owner declaration

I understand the rescue may make welfare decisions including quarantine, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, sanctuary care, foster care, adoption or rehoming. I confirm the information supplied is truthful and complete, including known health, behaviour and escape risks. I understand that submitting this request does not mean the rescue has accepted the bird and I must not attend the private property without an appointment.
